I have worked with the following gemstones they have a strong connection with numerology and colour. I have listed the number/s that they vibrate to, the chakras that apply and the star sign/s  associated. For further information I can highly recommend 'Love is in the Earth' by Melody, probably the best book on the subject of the metaphysical properties of the Mineral Kingdom. The information given here has been compiled according to the best of my knowledge and belief. The healing properties of the crystals and semi-precious stones have been tested many times and over thousands of years. Agate

7 Vibration. Gemini.  Physical  Agate is known as the "Strength Stone" and instils this quality both mentally and physically. Amethyst

3 Vibration Third Eye Chakra Pisces, Virgo, Aquarius & Capricorn Amethyst is the stone of spirituality and contentment, I have always thought of it as THE healing stone for all. Increases spiritual awareness, psychic abilities and inner peace. It is valued for it's abilities to transform negative energy into positive energy. A strong but gentle teacher of all things spiritual, mystical and psychic, the stone of meditation. An amethyst bed can be used to recharge stones and crystal. It is the presence of manganese in clear quartz which produces amethyst and the level of iron intensifies the purple colour. This is one of the stones used on the breastplate of the high priest. Protects against psychic attacks, transforming the energy into a positive, loving energy.

Physical Amethyst is perhaps the most well known of all crystals and has strong healing and cleansing power making it an extremely important, almost all purpose, crystal. Amethyst is very helpful to us if we are having trouble in sleeping. It is extremely useful with migraines and headaches and can help with hearing disorders too. Amethyst strengthens the skeletal system and reinforces proper posture. It stimulates and regulates the endocrine glands and helps with disorders of the nervous system, digestive tract, heart, stomach, skin and teeth. A stone that is excellent for those attempting to find freedom from addictive personalities either your own or another's.

Mental/Emotional Amethyst brings to us a sense of peace and contentment. It is a crystal with a calming effect. It reduces anger, rage, fear and impatience. It can promote inspired dreams and dispels nightmares. Amethyst helps to enhance our memory and stops us being anxious about things. Amethyst is useful for cleansing the aura and for absorbing any negativity. It is a very comforting crystal to have by us during periods of sadness, stress or bereavement.

Mental/Emotional - Angelite can help us to overcome fear and anxiety, to dispel anger, and to live life in a more tranquil mode. It enhances our levels of creativity, aids communication and self-expression and can heighten our levels of awareness. It can help us to better understand both astrology and mathematics. Angelite is also a very good stone to work with if you have challenges you need to overcome.

Wonderful for helping to establish a person's deep seated problems to enable them to be worked on when realised. Used in the rituals of the medicine wheel. This stone contains quartz or feldspar spangled with bright particles of mica, hematite etc.
